1 Service Area
We currently ship to serviceable locations within India, unless a different option is specifically shown at checkout.
Delivery availability depends on the customer's PIN code and the coverage of our courier and logistics partners.
2 Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and exceptional high-volume periods.
Custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, or special products may require additional processing time. Any extended timeline will be communicated on the relevant product page or through order communication.
3 Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, courier network, and local conditions.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, festivals, courier disruptions, government restrictions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4 Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, and any delivery surcharge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5 Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will normally be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or the website/customer account after dispatch.
6 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.
Additional charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment.
7 Lost or Damaged in Transit
If a parcel appears to be lost, arrives visibly damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact Trendy Fuze promptly through the customer-support channel.
Photographs and/or an unboxing video may be requested to help verify and investigate the issue.
8 Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the Return & Refund Policy will apply where the order is eligible.
